Alexandra has a biography where diverse, both professional and personal experiences have been helping her to enhance inclusive leadership style in which she values and promotes diverse thoughts and opinions as the best way to develop the best solutions for clients, customers and employees.

She has been working in Santander Group Headquarter in Madrid and in Santander Portugal. Consciously chosen mix of both business leader roles and Human Resource functional roles in various functions and geographies across Santander, make her career a great “example” of how Santander values and promotes diverse development opportunities in the bank. Alexandra has been working in key business areas, including Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Retail and Corporate Banking Divisions, where she had been responsible for products and segments. She has also been involved in leading key commercial management areas.

Her personal development was enriched with significant experience in Human Resources areas, where she had been managing Santander Corporate University together with the area of Global Knowledge and Development. She had been a Head of Human Resources in Portugal.

Alexandra holds non executive director position in Banco Santander in Uruguay.Alexandra graduated from Nova SBE University with management degree, also holds an International MBA from Deusto Business School (Spain)  and  Aldolfo Ibáñez Business School (Chile).
