With a law degree from the University of Valladolid, she has participated in several Master’s programmes at the IE Business School, IESE and San Telmo Busines School.

Founder and CEO of PROSOL, one of the leading coffee companies in Europe with headquarters in the Palencia town of Venta de Balos, she currently serves, among other responsibilities, as President of the Spanish Coffee Association and heads the Association of Family Businesses in Castile and León, which represents 20% of the region’s GDP. She also sits on the Board of Trustees of the CRE100DO Foundation and the Board of Directors of the Círculo de Empresarios.

Her many accolades include the IWEC Awardfrom the International Women's Entrepreneurial Challenge Conference, which she won in Shanghai in 2018.
