Bachelor in Business Sciences from ICADE and CESEM (France) and from The Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in New York, Adriana Domínguez also has a Master’s in Thought from the Contemporary School of Humanities in Madrid.

Adriana Domínguez’s career has been closely linked to the family business, Adolfo Domínguez. Between 2000 and 2016 she held diverse posts at the firm, including director of the Perfume Division.In 2016 she joined the Board of Directors and, since May 2020, she has been the executive president.

Under the leadership of Adriana Domínguez, the company has increased sales, especially in the online segment, has revamped its positioning to be closer-linked to values of sustainability, innovation and internationalisation, and has renewed the steering committee, which now has 56% female directors.
