Àngels Ucero García studied Industrial Engineering at the Barcelona School of Engineering, part of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. She is also a Technical Industrial Engineerin Chemistry from the Industrial Technical Engineering School, and has a Master’s in Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology and Industrial Hygiene from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and in Environmental Engineering and Management from the Catalan Technology Institute (ITC).

Ucero started at Cellnex Telecom in 2002. Before her current post at the company, she was the Risk Organisation and Management Director and Risk Quality and Management Manager at Abertis Telecom-Cellnex Telecom, and ran the Global People and Organisation Department.
