She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business Management from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. In 2010, she was hired at Amazon, where she has held different management posts, including the director of Prime Now, the fast delivery service for Amazon Prime customers.

Since June 2018, she has been the managing director of Amazon.es and Amazon.it. Before joining the company, she worked in consulting, marketing and business development at multinationals such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Unilever and Mars Inc.
